Every player who submits, free or paid, has the chance to be considered for the NB·X rankings. Consideration is earned one way only: performance in your submitted competition film, evaluated under the published NB·X methodology.

PATH A: OPEN NOMINATION
FREE
Anyone can nominate a player. Coach, parent, teammate, or the player themselves. Every nomination is logged and enters the discovery pool with the same chance to be chosen. Free, forever.
PATH B: PRIORITY FILM REVIEW

Skip the queue, not the standard. A certified NB·X scout reviews your full game film within 15 working days and returns a written evaluation: your read across all five dimensions (production, tools, skill & IQ, competition, projection) and what to work on next. Standout film gets flagged to the NB·X Evaluation Committee, exactly like the free path.

Being chosen is earned, never bought. Paid review buys speed and a written scout report. It does not buy selection, a ranking, or an advantage. Free and paid submissions enter the identical evaluation pool, judged by the same committee under the same published methodology. Nobody can pay to be chosen, ranked, ranked higher, or protected from a drop. If that's what you're shopping for, we're not your platform.
WHAT TO SUBMIT
Full game film, not highlight edits. Highlights are context; full games are evidence. Include competition info (event, date, opponent, jersey number) and player basics (name, birth year, position, height, city and program). Link via Bilibili or cloud drive, or upload directly.
GUARDIAN CONSENT
Players under 18: a parent or legal guardian must complete the submission and give consent. Under 14: the law requires guardian consent before we collect anything, no exceptions. We collect only what evaluation requires. We never publish contact details or school information. Guardians can request review or removal of a player’s information at any time. Full policy: Privacy.

FAQ
Does paying improve my chance of being chosen?
No. Zero effect. Selection is based on performance in your film, nothing else. See the box above; it's the whole point of this platform.
So what does ¥199.99 actually buy?
A guaranteed review window (15 working days) and a written five-dimension scout report on your game. Speed and feedback. That's it, and that's a lot.
What if you miss the review window?
Full refund, and we still complete your review.

We'll ask for full game film before review begins. No full film, no review, no charge.
Can girls submit?
