By accessing or using New Breed (新族), operated by 上海新族派科技有限公司, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

访问或使用由上海新族派科技有限公司运营的「新族」即表示您同意受本服务条款约束。如不同意，请勿使用本平台。

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.

您有责任保管账户凭证的机密性，并对账户下发生的所有活动负责。注册时请提供准确信息并保持更新。

You agree not to misuse the platform: no unlawful content, harassment, scraping at scale, attempts to breach security, or interference with other users. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

您同意不滥用本平台：不发布违法内容、不骚扰他人、不进行大规模抓取、不试图破坏安全或干扰其他用户。违反规则的账户可能被暂停。

New Breed features youth athletes. We handle athlete data in accordance with China's Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL / 个人信息保护法). Identifiable information about minors is only published with verified guardian consent.

新族报道青少年运动员。我们依据《个人信息保护法》处理运动员数据。涉及未成年人的可识别信息仅在获得监护人核实同意后发布。

All rankings, editorial content, branding, and design on New Breed are owned by 上海新族派科技有限公司 or its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without permission.

新族上的所有排名、编辑内容、品牌及设计均归上海新族派科技有限公司或其许可方所有。未经许可不得复制或再分发。

Paid memberships are billed through approved Chinese payment providers. Fees, benefits, and renewal terms are shown at the point of purchase. Refunds follow applicable Chinese consumer law.

付费会员通过经批准的中国支付渠道结算。费用、权益及续费条款在购买时显示。退款遵循适用的中国消费者法律。

Rankings and analysis reflect New Breed's editorial judgment and are provided "as is" without warranty. The platform may change or be unavailable from time to time.

排名与分析反映新族的编辑判断，按「现状」提供，不作任何保证。平台可能不时变更或暂停服务。
